As we continue to expand our TikTok growth channel, we are looking for an Influencer Marketing Team Lead who will build and scale our affiliate and creator ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing the strategies, systems, and team that consistently grow creator activation, affiliate-driven sales, and long-term partnerships while ensuring operational excellence across our influencer marketing function.

Mission of the Role

Build and optimize a scalable influencer marketing system that empowers creators, develops a high-performing team, and drives sustainable TikTok Shop sales through strategic partnerships, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Program Strategy and Operations

• Design and continuously improve the overall affiliate marketing strategy, systems, and SOPs to support scalable business growth.
• Develop creator segmentation, tiering, CRM, and tracking systems while optimizing affiliate workflows to increase creator activation and long-term performance.
• Design affiliate commission structures, retention initiatives, and non-monetary incentive programs that strengthen creator engagement and loyalty.

Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead, coach, and develop Influencer Marketing Associates through onboarding programs, playbooks, coaching sessions, performance management, and capability development.
• Collaborate with the Product Development and Creative Teams to design effective PR packages that maximize creator-generated content and campaign impact.
• Work closely with the TikTok Advertiser to identify high-performing affiliate content for Spark Ads and recommend winning creatives that can be scaled through paid advertising.

Campaign Performance, Compliance, and Reporting

• Review and approve affiliate scripts and content to ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies, platform guidelines, regulatory requirements, and brand standards.
• Monitor affiliate performance through dashboards and reports, including creator activation, GMV, creator productivity, campaign ROI, and other key business metrics.
• Generate actionable insights and implement continuous improvements that increase affiliate performance, campaign effectiveness, and overall program growth.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the performance, productivity, and professional development of the Influencer Marketing Associates.
• Set team KPIs, conduct regular coaching sessions, and perform performance evaluations to drive individual and team success.
• Drive continuous process improvements by creating standardized documentation, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing systems that support long-term operational excellence.

Job QualificationsMust-Have

• At least 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Creator Partnerships, PR, or TikTok Shop.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, creator relationship management, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
• Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, or scalable operational systems.
• Strong analytical, coaching, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred

• Experience building and scaling an affiliate or influencer marketing program from the ground up.
• Experience managing creator CRM systems, affiliate tracking tools, or campaign reporting dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with Creative, Marketing, Paid Ads, or eCommerce teams.
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop policies, content compliance, and platform best practices.
• Experience in the health, beauty, wellness, or eCommerce industry is an advantage.
