JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing programs to promote products,

generate leads, and drive brand awareness. Also able to manage ad campaigns across channels like TikTok Ads and Meta, analyze data to maximize ROI, and A/B test strategies.

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Draft compelling copy for short-form video content, social media posts, and website landing pages.
• Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms
• such as TikTok, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Optimization & Testing: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and adjust targeting, ad copy, and budgets to maximize efficiency.
• Data & Analytics: Measure and report on web traffic, lead generation, and overall campaign
• success against established goals using platform tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creators, media persons, and other teams to build
• engaging ad creatives.
• Market Research: Identify target audience segments, track industry trends, and research
• competitor strategies to brainstorm new growth tactics.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with ad platforms (TikTok Ads preferred), marketing analytics tools
• (Google Analytics), and CRM/Email marketing platforms.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, evaluate user funnels, and translate insights
• into actionable marketing strategies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills to
• collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
