Digital Fulfillment Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and drive traffic to our product listings.
• Create engaging content for product listings, including product descriptions, images, and promotional materials.
• Deals directly with customers either by call, text, or chat
• Obtains and evaluates all relevant information in order to handle inquiries and complaints well
• Experience of working in a Customer Service environment is a plus Customer-oriented and has good communication skills
• Ensures that all transactions in assigned platform/s are well-monitored (sales, aftersales, claims)
• Processes day to day sale transactions of online platforms
• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees

• Back experience in e-commerce is an advantage
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Can multi-task and work under pressure
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Demonstrates a desire to leam and succeed within a service environment
• Contributes team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
