Description

The client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator to help manage and expand their product offerings on our website and social media platforms. In this role, you will work with suppliers and the management team to gather product details and images, ensuring everything is consistent with their brand.


Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Collect and organize product information and images for the website while maintaining brand consistency.

• Social Media Strategy: Create a social media plan that aligns with our brand goals. Manage multiple social media accounts and optimize content for each platform.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of social media efforts and adjust strategies based on data. Stay updated on industry trends and analyze competitors.

• Content Creation: Write clear and concise content for blogs, articles, social media, and marketing materials, adapting your style to fit our brand voice.

• Collaboration: Work with the management team and incorporate feedback to improve content.

Requirements

Must Haves

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to reach out to suppliers and manage content effectively.

• Content Management Experience: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and uploading content to websites.

• Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of WordPress and platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, along with best practices.

• Copywriting Skills: Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.

• Performance Tracking: Experience using social media analytics tools to monitor performance and adjust strategies.

• Image Editing Skills: Familiarity with tools like Photoshop or Canva for creating high-quality visuals.

• Attention to Detail: Ensure brand consistency and quality in all content.

• Industry Awareness: Knowledge of trends and ability to monitor competitors and suppliers for updates.

• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves

AutoCAD or similar experience and detailed WordPress knowledge would be of benefit


Home Office Requirements
