The Client Success Specialist act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire lifecycle of paid media campaigns. 

• Client Communication: Serve as the main contact for clients, providing updates and managing communications from campaign kick-off to final delivery.
• Campaign Management: Handle all timelines, ensuring important information is shared with internal teams and deadlines are met.
• Client Support: Respond to daily client requests and inquiries, offering strategic, solution-oriented guidance.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to gather and review campaign performance insights, and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Performance Review: Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement, growth, and future strategy.
• Creative Oversight: Ensure all creative assets meet campaign goals and expectations.
• Presentations: Lead client presentations and calls, ensuring smooth communication and campaign success.

• 2-3 years of client-facing experience in an agency setting.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in paid media advertising
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Amenable to work on a permanent night shift schedule
• Amenable for hybrid work set-up
