Department Head - Fashion/Retail

• Two or more years of experience in a business management or similar role
• Robinsons Department Store - Head Experience is an advantage
• Graduate of Bachelor of Business or any related course
• Experience in retail/fashion industry is a plus
• Experience in developing business strategy
• Superior leadership abilities
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends (fashion)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, management, or related field
• Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
