Demand Planning Specialist

Description
- Analyzing historical sales trends and researching demand drivers.
- Preparing forecast data and evaluating forecast accuracy based on sales, inventory, and key metrics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain forecast precision and support inventory management.
- Conducting monthly reviews with management to communicate forecast and inventory estimations.
- Reporting on forecast and inventory accuracy.
- Proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand planning processes.
- Supporting management with risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field
- At least 1 year relevant work experience
