We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to lead our FMCG demand planning and inventory forecasting for retail warehouses. You will optimize our inventory system and enhance supply chain management, directly impacting our business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create accurate demand and inventory forecasts to support stock availability and minimize waste.
• Monitor and improve inventory turnover, optimizing stock flow and performance.
• Ensure efficient stock levels by enhancing the stock turnover ratio and overall inventory health.
• Collaborate with teams to implement effective inventory management strategies.
• Track and manage replenishment needs for stores and warehouses.
• Present reports on the inventory system, focusing on inventory turnover and stock turnover ratio metrics.
• Implement best practices in supply chain management and FMCG demand planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Demand Planner or in inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and demand forecasting tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
