Job Description
Description
- Deliver orders to customers on assigned routes
- Maintain ongoing communication with the dispatch team
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
- Arrange for vehicle repairs when necessary
- Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
- Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer
- Follow traffic laws and road regulations
- Inspect delivery vehicle and ensure the safety of the packages
- Use navigation applications to determine the best route
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customers’ questions and handling complaint
- about deliveries
- Document every pickup and drop-off accurately and report any discrepancies
- Other tasks that may be assigned related to the position
Requirements
- At least high school graduate
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as delivery rider or another related job
- Must own a motorcycle
- With valid driver’s license
- Must be familiar with Metro Manila Area and nearby provinces
- Willing to do fieldwork
- Honest, dedicated, reliable and responsible
