  • Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

 

  • On-board new customers
  • Approach customers for feedback
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • Gather and analyze requirement feasibility
  • Handle special requirements from customers
  • Interact with customers on chat/phone/email
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues
  • Work with the QA team to ensure timely delivery
  • Build and send quotes as per customer requirements
  • We are looking for remote candidates who can work in the North American time zone.
