Description

Position Overview: As part of the Claims Administration team, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all new claims and play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data entry into the system. Responsibilities will include data entry, communication with internal staff, external trades, insurance companies, and homeowners; triaging damages, and arranging necessary reporting and emergency repairs.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, customer service, logistics, or any related role.
  • Proficiency in customer support software, CRM, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving in managing and resolving client issues.
