About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at TECHNODREAM WEB DESIGNS INC. & DREAM WEBWORKS CREATIONS INC. in Baguio City, Benguet. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, including chat and social media management.

What you'll be doing

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via chat, email, and social media platforms
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting
• Manage and engage with customers on our social media channels, including responding to comments and messages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers

What we're looking for

• Client Acquisition or Lead Qualification Specialist
• With medical account background or units in medical course
• Familiar with HIPAA compliance
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably with exposure to voice and non voice accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to meet the needs of diverse customers
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
• Proficient in using computer software, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Familiar with popular social media platforms and best practices for customer engagement
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
