JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll assist international customers with their inquiries, concerns, and service-related needs. You’ll be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns professionally, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and account-related requests
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Troubleshoot basic concerns when necessary
• Document customer interactions and update records
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach

WHO CAN APPLY?

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate

No BPO experience required

No Customer Service experience required

Good English communication skills

Minimum CEFR B2 level

Willing to work onsite

Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required
