Job Description
Join a leading Banking & Financial Services account and build your career in the BPO industry! We are looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in banking, financial services, or mortgage/home loans.
Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in banking and financial services.
- Assist customers with home loan applications and servicing inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining company policies.
- Actively promote banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High School Graduate (or higher)
- Experience Level: At least 2 years of BPO experience handling any of the following:
- Banking & Financial Services
- Home Loan Servicing
- Home Loan Application
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in home loan servicing and application
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working Conditions: Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City
