• Design and deliver training programs for retirement services processes.
• Assess training needs and develop training materials accordingly.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees.

Education: At least 2 years in college (no back subjects)

Experience: Typically 2 years as a Process Trainer and 2+ years in Retirement Services/Pension Administration.

Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills.
