Retail Customer Service Representative | No BPO Experience Needed | Davao City (Onsite)

Job Requirements:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
- No BPO experience required (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
- Amenable to shifting schedules
- Customer-focused with basic computer skills
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and quality standards.
