Job Title: Customer Service Representative (SALES)

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with assistance and resolving inquiries. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and support our company’s reputation for excellent service.


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our offerings.
  • Follow a structured script while maintaining a friendly and engaging tone.
  • Answer questions and address concerns effectively.
  • Document call outcomes and update customer information in our system.
  • Continuously improve your sales techniques based on feedback and training.


Training:

  • We provide a comprehensive training program that covers everything you need to know about our products, sales techniques, and effective communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer records.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with a standard 40-hour workweek, including some weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and a team player.



Requirement :

  • No prior experience required; we welcome newbies!
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales environment.
