Description
- Attends to EastWest Healthcare’s general inquiries, facilitate out-patient availments thru the 24/7 Hotline.
- Facilitate Hospital Admission and Discharges of Members thru the 24/7 Hotline.
- Secures medical documents as deemed necessary related to hotline transactions.
- Billing and payment verification
- Cross departmental Collaboration
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 YEAR Bachelor of Science course.
- Computer Literate (Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office)
- With HMO/Hospital/Clinic work experience is a plus.
- With good communication skills.
- Willing to work on a rotational shift.
- With Computer/Desktop equipment
- With good internet connection
