Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree minimum.
Experience Level: No previous experience required.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, team player, adept at scheduling, strong people and interpersonal skills, experience in a call centre is a plus, and solid organizational skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: You will handle customer inquiries, solve problems, support customers through communication channels, manage schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions: This role may require working in shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced call centre environment.
