Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree minimum.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in the English language, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, team player, adept at scheduling, strong people and interpersonal skills, experience in a call centre is a plus, and solid organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: You will handle customer inquiries, solve problems, support customers through communication channels, manage schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: This role may require working in shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced call centre environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: We are looking for a reliable individual with patience, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
