  • Assist buyer/customer on it's inquiring.
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer customer's questions
  • Escalating queries and concern
  • Troubleshooting common issues with product or service

Requirement

  • Knowledgable in Microsoft office application (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Preferably with experience in the same field
  • A good typing speed
  • Trustworthy
  • Full time only
  • Can start ASAP
