  • Deliver outstanding client service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience with Trinity Workforce Solutions, Inc.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of HR and recruitment processes to provide accurate information.
  • Manage a high volume of calls and emails with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our team to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • No exp required for SHS Grad, College Grad, Completed 2 yrs in College
  • 1 yr CSR exp required for HS Grad (old curriculum), less than 2 yrs in college, ALS Graduate
