Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to assists the Sales and Marketing Personnel in all aspects of the department operation and provide assistance to Clients and/or Customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Gives assistance to clients regarding product orders, request for quotations, delivery schedules and other inquiries in the absence of the Technical Sales Representatives.
Conducts regular client calls for possible booking.
Prepare sales quotation for the Technical sales Representative based on the costing of product for presentation to prospective clients.
Handles the safe keeping of quotations released by Refamed to clients and keeps an update on the result of the biding.
Receives calls for and in-behalf of the Sales Team.
Types and Prepares Order Confirmation slip as per booking of clients Thru Technical Sales representatives and client’s specifications and instructions.
Prepares delivery receipts and sales invoices based on the Order Confirmation Slip
Monitor and Update the Order Confirmation Slip Copy of CSD and TSE
Prepares Delivery Schedule
Assists other Customer Service Associate in providing assistance and feedback to Technical Sales Representatives regarding Purchased product status.
Prepare Order Confirmation Slip, Delivery Receipt and Sales Invoice in the absence of other Customer Service Associate.
DR/ Sales Invoice monitoring.
Creates file Monitoring for Undelivered OCS
Monitor and Create a Sales Update for BU Head
Submit Weekly Sales Report to SBU Head and TSE, Monthly Sales Report to the OTP, SBU Head and TSE
Maintains files on the Department.
Ensures achievement of monthly and annual sales targets of assigned customers. (House Acct)
Develops, handles, and maintain the business to customers with the purpose of achieving the Company’s sales objective through the following activities:
Visits clients on a regular basis to cater to their inquiries and concerns
Provides technical assistance and product knowledge to customers
Follow-up Sales Orders and account receivables to clients on a regular basis
Assists the Credit and Collection Department, in collecting and/or setting aged receivables.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate of four (4) year course, preferably business or science course
Years of Related Work Experience:
With at least One (1) to two (2) years experience in a Sales field environment.
Job Skills/Competencies Required:
Result oriented, team player, articulate, reliable and trustworthy.
With good verbal and written communication skills.
