Description

A Customer Service Representative, A CSR , or Customer Help Representative, is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of their company. Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from consumers to respond to questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best assist patrons.

Requirements

  • Applicant must be at least 18 years old·
  • Applicant is a high school graduate (old curriculum)/senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
  • Above Average English communication skills·
  • Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems·
  • Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
