Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service to our customers, promptly resolve their inquiries, and enhance your expertise in customer interaction and issue resolution.



  • Provide support for customer success and proactively seek ways to address moderately complex inquiries or issues regarding financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, and chat.
  • Handle routine tasks including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations.
  • Receive regular guidance from management, escalate questions, and refer more challenging issues to appropriate staff.
  • Conduct research to resolve moderately complex customer issues, including coordination with other departments for issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with experienced representatives on challenging issues.
  • Assist customers with account-related services, including account openings, account maintenance, balance inquiries, statement requests, and account closures. Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, credit cards, and digital banking offerings. Educate customers on available products, features, and benefits to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year course (Marketing, Management, and any other related field).

• At least one (1) year experience in Customer Service, Banking and Retail industry.

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

• Willing to work in shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Work location Ortigas, Pasig, and BGC, Taguig by Mid-2024.

• Proficiency in Computer applications, including Microsoft office suite and banking software/systems.
