Requirement

  • Education: High/Senior High School degree required.
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred but not required
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potentially full-time with shift rotation.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, and a customer-centric attitude.
