About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Baguio City, Benguet. As the Customer Service Manager with Gaming Account Background, you will play a crucial part in managing and supporting our customer service teams at TECHNODREAM WEB DESIGNS INC. and DREAM WEBWORKS CREATIONS INC. With your expertise in the gaming industry, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence.


What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service processes and policies
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to the customer service team to continuously develop their skills and capabilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives, programs, and projects
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement

Requirement

  • Experience in the gambling industry or having handled online gambling accounts is a MUST!!!!
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to analyze and interpret customer data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Detailed knowledge of customer service best practices, trends, and technologies
  • Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies and initiatives
