- Manages a team of sales admins/ agents ensuring targets are being met
- Plans and strategizes various sales approaches for new and existing clients.
- Conducts various training for the sales team
Requirements
- Has experience in managing a team of sales agents, preferably within the E-commerce industry (at least 2 years)
- Plus if has B2B sales experience
- Knowledgeable in setting KPIs and monitoring sales performance
