Description
- Handling Customer Concerns/Complaints x Investigate and solve customers' concerns/complaints.
- Ensure that all correspondences/communication letters being sent to the buyers are on time and accurate.
- Schedule buyers for CTS or other documents for pick -up.
- Facilitate/process requests of the buyers.
- To deliver a high standard of customer service to buyers and employees.
- Learn about company’s projects and services and keeping up to date with changes.
- Prepared documents needed for unit inspection/ handover.
- Establish and maintain the handover monitoring/ database with accurate tagging of unit handover status.
- Assists unit owners in handover
Requirements
- Graduate of any Business Related Course
- Customer Relationship Management System.
- Oral and Written communication Computer Literate (Microsoft windows Particularly Microsoft Excel) or know - how in any customer Service Automated System, Good Listening and Problem Solving Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- High level of patience,confident, polite,tact and diplomatic,flexible and with positive disposition.
- Experience in Customer Service in Real Estate Industry is an advantage.
- Can Work ASAP.
