A. Branch Operations
● Prepare and ensure that all the needed tools, materials and equipment (e.g rotisserie oven) are clean, sanitized and in good condition before using.
● Thaw, prepare and roast lechon belly roll.
● Confirm orders from the Cashier and prepare according to standard procedures.
● Ensure that the products are prepared at the right temperature, placed in proper containers and presented in an appealing manner.
● Ensure that all food is dispatched in proper sequence.
● Strictly implement the “NO ORDER SLIP/RECEIPT, NO PREPARATION'' Policy and ensure that all food prepared have order slips/receipts from the Cashier.
● Receive and check the quality of stocks and supplies from the commissary.
● Practice FIFO (First In, First Out) system for all stocks used.
● Replenish condiments, napkins, toothpick and utensils, as needed.
● Keep the working area and cooking equipment clean and organized at all times.
Follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy working
environment.
● Work effectively with other branch personnel to ensure smooth operations.
B. Reports and Documentation
● Prepare and submit Daily Inventory Reports.
● Prepare a report or handover notes for the next shift, as applicable.
C. Others
● Monitor inventory levels and report items which are running low to the Branch Team Leader.
● Assist with training new employees, as needed.
● Assist in the scheduled monthly general cleaning of the branch.
● Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
