Description

1. The Documentation Assistant (Fleet) shall directly report to the Crewing Officer / Fleet Personnel Planner.


2. Responsible for checking the entries made by the encoder in IRIS System for crew file.


3. Responsible for checking the validity and authenticity of crew documents and certificates.


4. Monitors status of crew documentation in coordination with the Fleet Personnel Planner. Ensures that crew documents/requirements are complete before dispatch.


5. The Documentation Assistant (Fleet) files 201 file following the filing system.


6. The Documentation Assistant (Fleet) prepares requirements/documents needed as per assigned flag state as applicable.


7. Prepares and updates principal requirements, forms, and checklists.


8. Prepares necessary required documents of embarking crew such as Anti-Drug and Alcohol Abuse Affidavit and allotment slips in coordination with Accounting department.


9. Prepares application/revalidation of COP in coordination with the Liaison group and ensures that all necessary requirements are complete prior processing.


10. Facilitates purchasing of crew uniform and working gears.


11. Endorses selected crew for PEME through referral slips.


12. Issues debriefing sheet to newly disembarked crew.


13. In-charge of receiving crew mails and packages and ensures delivery to vessel through the joining crew.


14. Controls and maintains office supplies/equipment, crew uniform and working gears inventory of the designated department.


15. Issues bank referrals to joining crew.


16. Prepares the request for contract printing/processing to the Liaison group


17. Endorses the contract to crew for their approval and signature.


18. Prepares the requirements for visa application in coordination with Liaison Group.


19. Prepares the requirements for crew insurance application in coordination with Liaison Group.


20. Coordinates with the local immigration and Filing Agent joining within the Philippines as applicable.

Requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate


Education: Bachelor's degree required


Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
