- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis or a related field.
- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
