Description

  • Reviews loan application and requirements of loan applicant
  • Validates the information reflected on loan application by conducting interview with loan applicant
  • Verifies loan applicant’s personal data, financial data and credit history through trade checking, bank checking, company/employment verification and credit investigation
  • Verifies loan applicant’s payment history of previous or existing loan/s with other financing institutions
  • Prepares accurate and reliable Credit Approval Memorandum (CAM)
  • Endorses the Credit Approval Memorandum to Immediate Superior and Credit Committee for approval
  • Informs the loan applicant regarding the status of account or additional document/ requirement to be complied
  • Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

  • With degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related course
  • Relevant experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage
  • Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), marketing skills and presentation skills
  • Should be confident, persuasive, creative, pleasant, proactive and customer service oriented
  • Can work completely and accurately under time constraints and deadlines
  • Should have strong convincing power
  • Willing to travel for work purposes
