- Conduct thorough investigations into applicant credit histories, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Analyze financial statements and credit reports to assess creditworthiness for lending purposes.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify potential risks associated with credit offerings.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making processes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive financial information.
- Continuously update skills in credit analysis to remain effective in the evolving HR and recruitment industry.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in credit investigation or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in asset management, compliance inspection, anti-money laundering regulations, loan verification processes, and credit analysis. Strong skills in collecting information, driving for fieldwork, thorough documentation, and detailed investigative skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conducting detailed investigations into individual or business credit histories, verifying financial and personal information, identifying risks, and providing reports for decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Working Conditions: This role may require a mix of office work and fieldwork, with the necessity for local travel to collect data.
- Qualities and Traits: Looking for candidates with analytical mindset, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
