• As our Creative Director, you'll be responsible for shaping the creative direction of our marketing campaigns, overseeing high-quality visual content, and ensuring that every creative output aligns with our brand identity and business goals.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Develop and execute creative strategies that strengthen brand identity and market presence.
• Lead and manage the Creative Team, including Graphic Designers, Videographers, Photographers, Content Creators, and Social Media personnel.
• Conceptualize and oversee marketing campaigns, advertising materials, promotional events, and digital content.
• Direct photo and video shoots, commercial productions, and multimedia projects.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all creative and branding materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and other departments to support business objectives.
• Stay updated with design trends, digital marketing innovations, and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in creative design, branding, advertising, digital marketing, or multimedia production.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or managerial experience leading a creative team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, graphic design, photography, videography, and campaign development.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other creative tools.
• Experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, and content strategy is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
