Description

  • Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align creative direction with ROI Media's strategies.
  • Develop brand collateral, ad campaigns, and social media content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
  • Present concepts and pitches clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
  • Utilize various design software to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirement

  • Title: Creative Designer
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of professional experience in creative design.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong conceptualization ability, excellent visual communication skills, and understanding of design principles.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure brand consistency, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Working Conditions: Dynamic studio environment; regular office hours with occasional overtime during project crunch times.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creativity, attention to detail, adaptability, passion for design, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
