Description
- Analyze project costs and prepare budget reports.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD
- Collaborate with project management teams to estimate costs and track project expenditures.
- Evaluate cost-effectiveness and profitability of projects.
- Implement cost control strategies and report on cost variances.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resources and reduce expenses.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1 year of experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Project Management and Cost Engineering principles. Skilled in AutoCAD. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop cost estimates for projects, track project expenditures, forecast financial outcomes, and collaborate with engineering and project management teams.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits. Full-time position with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, highly organized, excellent communicator, adept at problem-solving, and able to work in a team.
