Description

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and direct outreach. Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new business customers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Act as a point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. This includes understanding market trends and competitive products.
  • Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales agreements.
  • Account Management: Manage accounts after the sale, ensuring client satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments like marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, progress towards targets, and client feedback. Provide regular updates and forecasts to sales leadership.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate sales or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical skills for understanding market trends and client needs.
  • Time management and organization to manage multiple accounts.
