- Identify and engage with potential corporate clients to boost sales for Dynamic Manufacturing Services Phils. Corp., a leader in manufacturing and industrial supplies and services.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans tailored to target markets.
- Nurture client relationships, addressing their needs with our innovative product solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Offer customer feedback to the product development team for service enhancements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in corporate sales or business development
- Skills and Competencies:Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all sales transactions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Ability to foster strong interpersonal relationships with clients and team members
- Valid driving license with a clean record to meet clients and attend meetings
- Responsibilities and Duties:Generating and qualifying leads for potential sales
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to company revenue
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management
- Working Conditions: Office setting combined with travel for client meetings and presentations
- Qualities and Traits:Proactive and self-motivated to achieve sales objectives
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Team player with the ability to also work independently
- Adaptable to different client needs and business environments
