Responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts and promoting sales target and revenue goals.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads, acquire new customer and expand market in HVAC rental industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field,
• Additional technical training or certification in HVAC or basic electrical is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the HVAC industry or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in office software and experience in using SAP or other sales tools for lead.
• Valid Philippine driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
• Can work on extended hours, holidays and weekends.
