CXP Manufacturing Corporation, a leading wholesale distributor in the industrial sector, is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor compliance with laws and regulations in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
  • Develop and implement compliance programs.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance procedures.
  • Perform audits and assessments to identify risks.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, time management, adaptability, critical thinking, and team management skills are essential.
