The Company Nurse is responsible for providing medical care and support to employees, managing health and wellness programs, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. This role involves assessing and treating workplace injuries, managing health records, and promoting health and wellness initiatives.

• Medical Care and First Aid:
• Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of accidents or injuries.
• Administer medications and treatments as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of medical incidents and treatments.
• Health Assessments:
• Conduct health screenings and assessments for employees.
• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions within the workforce.
• Provide health advice and support to employees.
• Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies.
• Participate in workplace safety audits and inspections.
• Wellness Programs:
• Develop and promote wellness programs and initiatives, including health fairs, fitness challenges, and stress management workshops.
• Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive health measures.
• Emergency Response:
• Prepare and implement emergency response plans for medical emergencies.
• Conduct emergency drills and ensure preparedness for health-related crises.
• Record Keeping and Reporting:
• Maintain confidential health records and documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.
• Prepare reports on health trends, incidents, and program effectiveness.

Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license. Additional certifications in occupational health or public health are a plus.

Experience: Proven experience as a nurse, preferably in an occupational health or corporate setting. Experience with workplace safety and health promotion is advantageous.
