NDM Philippines is seeking a dedicated and qualified Company Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential healthcare services to employees, ensure workplace safety, and promote overall well-being within the organization.

• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees.
• Conduct routine health assessments and medical check-ups.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies.
• Manage and oversee workplace health programs and wellness initiatives.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers and agencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Handle medical supplies and equipment inventory.

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license.
• Proven experience as a company nurse or in a similar healthcare role.
• Ability to work full-time, including graveyard shifts.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and medical software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Previous experience in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with company health and safety regulations in the Philippines.
