Description

  • Provide primary healthcare and emergency response to onsite staff and workers.
  • Conduct health and safety training and manage records according to OSHA standards.
  • Maintain and manage all first-aid stations and medical equipment.
  • Implement health programs and advocate occupational health best practices.
  • Liaise between employees and management to promote a safety-first culture.

Requirement

  • Registered Nurse
  • With OHNAP Certificate
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field required; certification in Occupational Health Nursing preferred.
  • Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of professional nursing experience, preferably in an occupational or corporate setting.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in medical knowledge, strong work ethic, first-aid certification, and excellent written communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage on-site medical incidents, conduct health assessments, develop health programs, and maintain health records. Provide emergency response and first-aid treatment. Promote employee wellness.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with potential for exposure to infectious diseases; may require standing for extended periods & occasional lifting of patients.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathy, attention to detail, decisiveness, resilience, and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling medical information.
