Description

  • Picking up packages from the sender
  • Delivering packages to the recipient
  • Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items
  • Accepting payments for the items
  • Filling out paperwork about completed deliveries
  • Getting signatures from recipients upon delivery
  • Answering questions and providing customer service to people who use the courier service
  • Working with dispatch to get to the right locations

Requirement

  • Less than 1 year of experience
  • Education not required
  • Many Courier positions are entry-level jobs that don’t require previous experience.
  • New Couriers gain experience on the job.
  • Some companies might require a year or more of experience, especially for positions like Medical Couriers that require more sensitivity and care.
  • At least have Professional license Restriction code.1&2 or 1,2&3.
