We are seeking a proactive and engaging Community Manager to oversee our coworking space operations and cultivate a vibrant community. The Community Manager will be responsible for enhancing member experience, organizing events, handling daily operations, and creating a welcoming environment. This role involves building relationships with members, promoting the coworking space, and fostering collaboration within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the coworking space, including onboarding new members.
• Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Develop and maintain relationships with members to create a collaborative environment.
• Promote DCC Coworking OPC through social media, marketing campaigns, and local partnerships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in community management, customer service, or event planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive community.
• Proficient in social media management and basic marketing techniques.
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
