Collections Specialist

Description
- Manage debtor accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payment issues.
- Generate regular reports on collections status and performance.
- Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce overdue payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing processes.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or financial analysis.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in risk assessment and management, credit analysis, and effective documentation, excellent in written and verbal communication, high EQ is required.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Collect outstanding debts, prepare reports, and develop risk control strategies.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with a focus on confidentiality and ethics.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, with high ethics standard and integrity, consistent in work organization.
