Responsibilities

• Understanding blueprints, sketches, and CAD/CAM files to rpoduce parts according to specifications.
• Setting up, operating, and disassembling manual, automatic, and CNC Machine tools.
• Writing and testing CNC Programs to ensure accurate part production.
• Inspecting parts for accuracy and verifying dimensions against specifications.
• Maintain quality standards through the understanding of the Quality Management System
• Identifying and resolving machine malfunctions and ensuring proper machine operation.
• Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• High school graduate or Vocational Course graduate
• Single or Married
• At least 2 years of CNC machine operation
• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Know how to set-up, program & operate CNC Milling Machine
• Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
• Good communication skills with the team members and superiors
• Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
