Description

Providing end-to-end financial and management accounting support to internal entities
Acting as point of contact for your portfolio of clients
Preparation of client annual financial reports (IFRS)
Assistance with preparation and lodgment of BAS/IAS, FBT and Income Tax Returns
Preparation of budgets and financial reports
Providing payroll services to clients including Workers Insurance registrations, Payroll
Tax and STP reporting

Requirements

An accounting degree and membership of a recognized accounting body (or studying towards membership)
At least 4 years' experience in a senior role responsible for corporate financial management
Extensive experience in the provision of end-to-end financial management and accounting services, including preparation of financial statements, cash flow reports, and statutory financial accounts
Experience with treasury management
A high level of computer literacy and experience with cloud-based software solutions
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and other MS Office applications
A friendly personality with a high attention to customer service
Strong organizational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, plan workload, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
High level written communication skills; ability to prepare, review and edit correspondence and reports in an appropriate style.
A high level of attention to detail and a diligent nature
Ability to work effectively in a remote, unsupervised and independent capacity.
A willingness to think laterally in the approach to problems that arise – to develop creative solutions to problems instead of applying the time-worn solution.
