Description

BLTL Construction, a leader in the Construction & Engineering industry, seeks a skilled Civil & Structural Engineer.
  • Design and analyze structures ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop effective engineering solutions.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess project progress and safety practices.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Utilize software tools for modeling and structural analysis.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AFES, Project Gantt Chart, Photoshop, CAD, SketchUp, and layout applications.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee design projects, ensure compliance with standards, manage team performances, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with site visits as needed; may require overtime during project deadlines.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail.
