  • About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Dreampool Construction Services. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

  • What you'll be doing

  • -Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
  • -Identify and mitigate potential risks, and implement effective solutions
  • -Ensure compliance with relevant construction regulations and safety standards
  • -Communicate regularly with clients, team members, to provide updates and address any concerns
  • -Manage the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project completion
  • -Oversee the quality control and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • -Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members

  • What we're looking for

  • -Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • -Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and implement effective plans, budgets, and schedules
  • -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
  • -Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures
  • -Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field
  • -Must have a Professional Drivers' license.
